Project Overview

Salesforce asked us to create a proof-of-concept around their Customer For Life program, whereby an account manager can view the overall health of a client, access their satisfaction metrics, and find recommendations on how to better provide service.


As this was a proof-of-concept, wireframing was done in a collaborative two-day whiteboarding session. Iconography was heavily employed in order to keep the UI as uncluttered as possible and the general direction was collusion between the company map and the individual's performance path.
